And I just want to take a moment to share my experience working with Assistantly and staffing for our company. So we've looked for all different types of unicorns. The way I like designing a company is not really to fill a position, it's to fill a need. And so when you take a standard position and you put it out there, you have people really that might be able to fill that position. But we're super, super unique, we're super dynamic. And we're looking for a person that can handle the responsibilities of a position, but might have different skill sets and various experiences that can complement our company as a whole. And it's really like putting them all together to create more of like a symphony versus individual instrument players. And I usually will come up with a vision based on the stresses in our company of exactly what we need to fill that and maybe kind of a wish list of skill sets to kind of create exactly what we're looking for. And then in the. Basically, when I've shared that with Assistantly, they go out, they really look across all the different places that they can. They do an amazing job of kind of communicating the job, the expectations, what we're looking for, filtering through candidates that might have some of the experiences, but not all of them, and really dialing it into multiple choices for us. And then I even love how they kind of bring all of that super efficient. They'll bring a video, they'll bring the overview. It allows me to kind of get a feel for the personality I'm huge on. Again, to create chemistry, it's not just the shape of the item, it's a lot more about it. And to create chemistry with people, you really have to dig deep and understand what makes them tick. You know, their vibe, their energy, what they like, what they don't like, to make sure they're in a position to excel by really, you know, just creating that right fit. So the various way that Assistantly is able to dial in everything and bring, you know, scour the world and come with the types of talent that has really, really helped our company continue to be a difference maker in our industry. And what I believe to be a trendsetter and just doing things differently, it would not be possible to this level without the help of Assistantly. Video transcript: So working with the assistant Ly team in not only identifying the right person, taking that out of my head, but also getting the candidates so fast and so quickly. In my last role that I hired, and I actually have multiple virtual team members from assistantly. The last role that I hired, I had three candidates within a few hours of my consultation call with the onboarding team. And then my favorite is the systemologist.
